- We are currently offering free returns within 30 days of purchase
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over £70 as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

- Once we receive your return, it will be inspected, and you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 14 working days of return agreed
5. Exchanges:
- If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items:
